Event Settings

How to update event details and navigate the event settings structure

Event settings are where administrators configure and manage the details of an event. Only users with EventAdmin permission can make changes here.

Getting There

Click the event name

Select the event name in the top-left corner of the screen to open the event menu.

Open Event Settings

Select Event Settings from the menu.

General

The General tab is where you update the event's name and any custom event attribute values. Changes to the event name take effect immediately across the platform.

Custom event attributes are defined at the organization level — your administrators control the field definitions, and you fill in the values per event from this view.
