How to invite users to an event and manage who has access
Every person who works inside an event needs to be explicitly given access to it. Event administrators control who is on an event and what they can do — all managed from the Users tab in event settings.
Inviting Someone to an Event
Users are invited by email. To invite someone:
Open Event Settings
Click the event name in the top-left corner and select Event Settings.
Go to the Users tab
Select Users from the left navigation.
Send the invitation
Enter the person's email address and send the invite. Once they accept, they will have access to the event under the permissions you assign them.
Permissions
What a user can see and do inside an event is controlled by their permission level. BackOps structures permissions at multiple levels — event-wide, collaborator-level, and area-level — giving administrators precise control over who has access to what.
